A woman from Philadelphia was arrested in Delaware.

The Delaware State Police have arrested 27-year-old Justice Bowser, a Philadelphia woman, for a carjacking and stabbing incident in Lewes, Delaware. Based on the report, the incident occurred around 5:48 a.m. on the 17000 block of Valley Drive in Lewes, Sussex County. The victim, a 56-year-old woman, remotely started her vehicle while inside her home. She opened the driver's side door and placed her purse inside the vehicle. When she walked toward the rear hatch to get an item, the car door shut, so the victim walked back and saw Bowser standing by the side door, along with a child seated on the passenger side. The victim attempted to remove Bowser, but she stabbed the victim with an unknown object. I'm glad that she got arrested.
